01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 234wim ("234wim," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 234wim online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at https://234wim.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 234wim platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 234wim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

234wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 234wim account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 234wim does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

234wim may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 234wim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 234wim platform:

• Attempting to defraud 234wim or any other player, including through the use of software exploits, bots, automated betting systems, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to gain an unfair advantage.

07 Intellectual Property
